Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is a profoundly relaxing and renewing form of self-inquiry that does not involve yoga poses. It can be done sitting up in a chair or lying down on a yoga mat. This is a highly research-based practice that is now covered by many medical insurance plans. Our own Rebecca Zambrano, who is trained in Yoga Nidra, leads the session.
